April 4, 2004--Community Of Fairway Townes Offers Views Of Resort’s Norman Course

Centex Homes, the Grand Strand’s largest homebuilder, is debuting Tanglewood at Barefoot Resort & Golf in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. The new Tanglewood community features Centex Homes’ newest product, "Fairway Townes," which range from 1,314 to 1,803 square feet and are available with two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The fairway townes also feature two 1/2 baths and a personal garage.

Showcasing the popular Craftsman-style design, Tanglewood will feature a total of 25 buildings, with four to six units per building. The new community is situated along Barefoot Resort’s Norman Course, providing residents with golf course and lake views. Designed to serve primarily as a second home option, Tanglewood offers the convenience of a maintenance-free yard. In addition, residents have a private neighborhood pool, and can enjoy access to Barefoot Resort & Golf’s private Beach Cabana.

Tanglewood offers an optional furnishings package, allowing purchased units to be placed into the rental program at Barefoot Resort & Golf. Models will be available for viewing in the fall of 2004.

Tanglewood’s fairway townes are available from the $200s.
