Marco Island, FL July 29, 2003 – A Balinese Island Paradise is in the making as the $60 million renovation project at the Marco Island Marriott Resort, Golf Club & Spa nears completion in late 2003. Since May of 2002, the extensive renovation project has included a complete redesign of the resort’s two signature restaurants, the 18-hole championship Rookery at Marco golf course, Tiki pool, and all 727 deluxe guest rooms and suites.
